CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
- Deposit to confirm the reservation: 40% of the total.
- Payment of the remaining amount at check out.
- Once booked, in case of cancellation, will apply the following penalties:
. Up to 7 days, no penalty.
. From 7 to 1 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit.
. If NO SHOW (no notice of cancellation and no show guests) will be charged the first night plus 100% of the deposit.


GRANTING OF CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DETAILS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003
I hereby consent to the processing of my personal details by the Controller in order that my details may be passed on to the Firm Owner, for the purposes indicated in the guidance notes provided by the Controller in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.
I also declare that I understand precisely to whom the terms 'Controller' and 'Firm Owner' refer.
